Professional Experiences

My professional experience is centered on teaching, education, and knowledge transfer across different audiences and formats. During my teacher training, I gained extensive classroom experience through multiple internships at primary and secondary schools, complemented by more than ten years of private tutoring. These experiences fostered a strong commitment to pedagogical clarity and inclusive teaching practices, and motivated me to pursue educational work beyond the school context.

At the university level, I taught German regional studies, politics, and history to international students at the University of Heidelberg. As an instructor at the Institute for German as a Foreign Language, I designed and taught a seminar over two consecutive semesters, combining historical content with didactic approaches tailored to a multilingual, international classroom.

Alongside my teaching activities, I developed a strong interest in digital approaches to knowledge transfer and science communication. This led to practical experience in public relations and corporate communications, as well as to several projects at the intersection of education, communication, and digital media. In 2023, I co-developed HistorioWiki (forthcoming), a collaborative digital humanities project designed to organize historiographical knowledge in an accessible language. The platform is designed as an open educational resource, with contributions from graduate students that make complex historiographical debates accessible to a wider audience.
